1. Buy a property at a foreclosure sale with a tenant still in place and you may get sued.
2. You are still liable for HOA dues if you abandon  the home before any foreclosure is complete. Even if you file bankruptcy you are liable for post filing dues.
3. Costa Mesa, California man arrested for fraudulently attempting to sell a home as the listing agent
4. Orange County, California Real Estate Broker pretrial and trial set for October and December for loan modification fraud.
5. After 10-year investigation Sacramento, California man draws 35 years in federal prison for mortgage foreclosure scam. 16 others guilty as well.  This was ten year investigation starting in 2004.
6. New Jersey Pastor pleads guilty to mortgage fraud.
