3. Homestead values are up in California so be sure you or your borrower file your homestead to protect equity.
4. Santa Clara County, California homeowner stops foreclosure because disputes lender compliance with exploring alternatives to foreclosure before starts foreclosure process.
5. Former San Diego police officer and wife convicted of felony for trashing and removing fixtures from foreclosed home.
6. Eleven charged with mortgage fraud and one charged additionally with attempted murder of straw buyer
7. Twenty charged in Puerto Rico with mortgage fraud.
8. New Texas disclosures as of July 5, 2012.
