*Ron Terrazas is a real estate investor specializing in single family houses for cash flow investing. Besides being an independent business developer for Strongbrook Direct, which teaches and assists investors to do this kind of activity in any city, he is also a syndicator who brings private investors into his own deals, primarily in the metro Phoenix area. Ron invites private investors to participate as a way of being active without the stress of building their own support team. His team in Phoenix buys discounted houses which the rehab and rent for medium term hold. The team includes auction bidding experts and rehabilitation specialists. Ron is a former investment banker, securities principal, real estate broker, and mortgage broker. In the 1980s he founded and managed a large boutique investment firm which syndicated seller-carryback paper, and securitized it for sale to investors. He is an economist trained at Cornell University, and he received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
